NPI Technician

JOB PURPOSE:

To conduct research and development into new products in line with business needs, ensuring business growth and the maximisation of competitiveness in the market place.

To lead all new products are successfully introduced with relevant documentation and tooling to produce safe & repeatable Quality product.

HSE Coordinator

Purpose of Role:

Responsible for Quality, health, safety and environmental (QHSE) compliance at Borg UK site. This will include assessment and implementation of absent programs and the continued oversight and administration of existing HSE programs. This position will interface with all departments to ensure existing processes and special projects are in compliance with all and Local regulations. The HSE leader implements and maintains an environmental health and safety program involving hazard identification evaluation and control, accident/injury prevention, hazardous material/waste management, emergency preparedness, fire/life safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and environmental regulatory compliance. HSE leader implements, manages, reports and improve BA UK integrated management system ( ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 standards).

The successful candidate will possess an analytical mind, reflective, pragmatic and cautious. Demonstrate leadership on site HSE implementation and expert in HSE related matters. Able to work under pressure situation and prioritise own work load. Have good working relationship with all stakeholders, coach, guide, mentor and support them for successful compliance. Able to handle conflict situations in a professional and ethical way. This role requires an approach which supports business drive to bring a strong quality ethos to all processes / products and working disciplines. A good strong logical mind and hand-on approach are essential to the success on this position. Qualification in NEBOSH or equivalent is required, and experience with management systems implementation (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001) is essential.
